Shipping:

When will I receive my order?

In 5-9 business days. We always target to deliver in 5 business days.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to ALL of the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. And also, Canada!

How much is your shipping fee to the US?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all USA orders over $50. If your order is less than $50, we charge a flat fee of $9.99.

*For now, Alaska & Hawaii. as non-contiguous states, have their own flat fee of $19.99, and are not integrated in our Free Shipping offer.

How much is your shipping fee to Canada?

We are so grateful for our Canada customers! For now, as we continue to explore this market, we charge a shipping flat fee of $19.99 to Canada to cover shipping and customs transactions.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do! Alaska and Hawaii. as non-contiguous states, have their own flat fee of $19.99, and are not integrated in our Free Shipping offer. We hope to lower this as we get to know those markets.

What is Back Order?

Back orders are for items that are currently under the production process and will be going on sale soon. If you order a back order item, it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available at no other cost. A time estimate for delivery will be emailed to you once your order is received. If you don’t agree with the time estimate, email us back and we will issue a refund right away for the back order portion. For more questions email us at sales@panda-cub.com.

Returns / Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return the goods you received, email us to sales@panda-cub.com or call us 786.269.8421 with your order number. Returns are accepted before 30 days after the order has shipped. We care about our customer’s happiness, and we will process a full refund 1-2 days after receiving the goods in our office in Florida. For equal fairness, we do ask that the goods need to be unused, unwashed, without sign of damage, and wearing the Panda Cub label. We also please ask that the customer pay for the shipping back to us.

How long do returns / exchange takes?

After receiving the returned item we will strive to process a return in 1-2 business days. Our customer service representative will email you after processing the return or exchange. You should be receiving your exchanged item on the mail in 5 business days after the exchange has been processed in our system.  In case of an uneven monetary exchange, you will also be let known of any funds due to or from you.

Can I change an order I already placed?

Yes sir! Email us or call us as soon as you realize you want to make a change. Depending on at what point in the process the order is, we will decide the way it will be handled. If the order is still in our hands, there should not be any extra cost. Extra costs may happen after the order has shipped, these costs will equal only shipping fees, no extra costs for handling on our side. We care about being fair, and also care 110% about our customer’s happiness.

I received a damaged item. What do I need to do?

First of all, we are so sorry to hear you experienced this issue. We pride ourselves in our clothes’ high quality. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Please email us at customerservice@panda-cub.com or call us at 786.269.8421 in order to quickly find a solution for you. 

Fit, Size & Care:

Are all your clothes 100% Pima Cotton?

Yes sir! We use the best pima cotton out there: Peruvian Pima Cotton. Every single clothes that we sell is 100% Pima Cotton from Peru.

Are all your items handmade?

All our items at least have a few handmade processes. As you can see they are very detailed, especially the ones that carry embroidery. We do have many 100% handmade items as well. Please review the item’s description for more detailed information.

How do I care for my clothes and handmade items?

Hand wash with mild detergent. Mild detergent will preserve the elasticity and integrity of the fabric. Then, rinse and lay flat to dry. Drying flat and out of direct sunlight, will prevent any stretching of the fabric ensuring a long lasting & quality fit. Handmade items should be handled with care.

Why is there only one size for headbands?

The reason is because our headbands use a soft, yet firm elastic, that allows itself to expand as needed. Children’s headbands are good for ages 2 to 10. Baby’s headbands are good for ages Newborn to 2 years old.

What size should I buy?

The industry standards for children and baby apparel are to use age as the size. However, it is possible to have an older child who needs a smaller size, or the opposite, a younger child who needs a bigger size. Our clothes measurements are true sizes. In case you are not too sure, we will recommend you measuring your child and reviewing our size chart page.

About Panda Cub:

When and where do I find Panda Cub's latest clothes and holiday outfits?

Spring-Summer sale: starts in January. Fall-Winter sale: starts in August. We do have holidays outfits for Christmas, Valentines, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, and Easter. Our holiday outfits will be posted in our SHOP at least three months before the holiday. Stay tune, come back and visit our SHOP

Where is Panda Cub clothes made?

We are proudly Made in Peru, where we are able to be supplied with the best pima cotton out there: Peruvian Pima Cotton. All our clothes are 100% Peruvian Pima Cotton.

Are all your clothes exclusively Pima Cotton?

Yes! We are very proud to use 100% Peruvian Pima Cotton. Peruvian Pima Cotton is one of the finest (if not the finest) Pima Cotton fabrics out there. It is non toxic, soft and, feels great on your little one’s skin. For our hand knitted collections, we also use 100% Pima Cotton threads from Peru.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do! We sell gift cards for $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, and $500. If you don’t see the exact amount you want, you may buy separate gift cards amounts in one checkout. When you are placing a gift card order, add the email of the gift card recipient, with a message (optional). The gift card details will go directly to that persons email. You will also receive an email confirmation. You may also buy the gift card and send it to your own email, you can give the gift card details to the recipient later on. Do you have stores that sell Panda Cub?

We do! Stores make their Panda Cub orders depending of the season and holidays that are convenient to them. In order to direct you properly, email us your location at sales@panda-cub.com, and we will let you know what boutiques are near you.

I own a store, how do I place an order as a wholesale buyer?
