The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the Pima and Ruffles LLC website. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. Offers & Discounts
• Discount codes or coupons, when available, may only apply to some categories, and/or may only apply to full price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or coupons.
• Discounts offered directly from us, are only valid when shopping online via our website. If you find our brand at a store, please ask the store’s sales representative about their store’s deals. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Free shipping, when offered is only valid inside the USA and does not include: Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Orders from these places will be only taken over the phone and will be charged shipping, including shipping for returns and back orders.
• Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.
• When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.panda-cub.com for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
• Your contract for purchases made through www.panda-cub.com is with Pima and Ruffles LLC and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Pima and Ruffles LLC
• The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard ground delivery service by the carrier of our choice, to USA mainland only.
• By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Pima and Ruffles LLC to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card will be pre-authorized.
• You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
• No charge will be applied to credit/debit cards until the point of dispatch; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Pima and Ruffles LLC until we accept your order by dispatching your order.
• Where a Gift Card has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of checkout.
• If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.

• It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogs is correct. www.panda-cub.com accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payment with Gift Cards purchased through our website. All prices displayed are exclusive of sales taxes. If your order is to be delivered inside Florida, sales taxes will be charged at checkout. If your order will be shipped to the rest of the USA, sales taxes won’t be charged. However, it is your responsibility to act according to your state’s tax laws, this is the standard procedure all websites use.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you would like to return the goods you received, email us to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 786.269.8421 with your order number. Returns are accepted after 30 days from receiving the goods. We care about our customer’s happiness, and we will process a full refund 1-2 days after receiving the goods in our office in Florida. For equal fairness, we do ask that the goods need to be unused, unwashed, without sign of damage, and wearing the Panda Cub label. We also please ask that the customer pay for the shipping back to us.
If you would like to exchange all or some of the goods you received, email us to email@example.com or call us 786.269.8421 with your order number and details about the exchange. Exchanges are accepted after 30 days from receiving the goods. We will process the exchange in 1-2 days after receiving the goods in our office in Florida. For equal fairness, we do ask that the goods need to be unused, unwashed, without sign of damage, and wearing the Panda Cub label. We also please ask that the customer pay for the shipping back to us. If there is a balance due to you or from you, we will refund or charge you accordingly and email you a receipt.
To place an order with us online, registration is not required, you can also place an order as a guest. At the point of registration and guest checkout, we request certain information including your name, billing and delivery address, email, and payment card details. This information is required to enable us to process your order and notify you of its progress.
Information we use, how & why
Once an order has been placed, we will contact you by email to confirm your order details. We will contact you again once your order has been accepted and dispatched. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address registered to your account, or the telephone number you provided.
After you have registered an account with us, we would also like to send you our seasonal catalogues, along with details of our latest products and special offers.
With the exception of feedback requests or assistance with delivery, we will never pass your e-mail address to any other organisation. For the sole purpose of aiding a delivery, your contact details may be shared with the chosen shipping carrier.

What if I want to keep my posts private?
If your social media account is set to “private”, your posts will not be seen by anyone other than those in your network. If your social media account is public, your posts and sharing will be seen by everyone.
